The views from the room are gorgeous, and the building is nicely located. Within walking distance there are popular restaurants, bars and cafes, a park, supermarket, bookstore, convenience shops, and a church. The units are like hotel rooms with a single or queen bed, plus a kitchenette, enough for a traveling single or couple staying from a short visit up to a month. WiFi works in the room and nearby, but not in the lobby. There’s high security, and visitors can come if you give the guards advance notice. I had 16 people over for my friend's wedding preparations and gathering pre-shoot and wedding. There’s also a security panel in the room so security can buzz you to check whether a visitor is valid, and CCTV view is possible. There was no notification during my visit that the pool was closed for repairs or maintenance. My poor swimsuit couldn’t get a breather. 😅 There’s a registration and security desk in the lobby, but no baggage hold. Bellhop service is available.
