NorthVille Beach Resort powered by Cocotel

We had a great stay at NorthVille Beach Resort by Cocotel. The rooms were cozy and comfortable for a quick getaway, and the resort felt peaceful and family-friendly. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Outside, the beach was clean, with palm trees and colorful flags giving it a festive tropical feel. The clear water and powdery white sand are only a few steps away, great for swimming, relaxing, or taking in the view. We’d happily come back.

I spent one night here on vacation. The island surroundings were peaceful, the locals were kind, and the dogs were so cute. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I was working during the stay, though, and the lack of internet was a problem. There were also too many mosquitoes indoors. It was a nice stay overall, but better internet and mosquito control would make a difference.

The staff were kind and understood the situation, and they’re the only reason I stayed the full 10 days, especially since there was no refund. But the room and bathroom at northville were nasty, and living there was a nightmare. The owner knew about the problems but seemed unmoved, only caring about the money earned from the hotel. Please avoid staying here if you can. I hope the owner fixes it.

The place is right on the beach, but it’s badly lacking in amenities. All they had was instant coffee with no creamer, and a neighbor started loud karaoke at 8:00am. I couldn’t get away fast enough. I wouldn’t recommend it.
