I expected a relaxing stay, but the way checkout was handled left us feeling offended and disappointed. One staff member spoke to us rudely and unprofessionally at the front desk, which is far from the hospitality we expected. I’m raising this so the hotel can take steps to keep other guests from having the same experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that we hear how the issue will be addressed.

Achi Hotel is tucked away from noisy traffic, so it’s a genuinely peaceful place to unwind. The uncluttered minimalist design is lovely, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The owner also came across as kind and very professional, making guests feel valued. I’d happily recommend it for a quiet, comfortable stay and welcoming service.

There was no trouble during the brownouts since Achitel has backup power. We stayed for a weekend with the kids, and they had a great time. It feels peaceful and safe for families, and the rooms have enough space for three people. Highly recommended.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. Achitel also looks fresh and modern from the lobby through the rooms, with plenty of photogenic spots if you like posting on IG. A stylish, budget-friendly choice in Tarlac. I’d recommend it.

After visiting Tarlac a couple of times each year, it’s refreshing to have a new place to stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the best I’ve experienced in Tarlac, and the rooms are beautiful despite the hotel being small. It’s clean and in a good, quiet location. A much-needed new hotel, and I’ll stay here again on my next trip.
