Hotel Fahrenheit

We couldn’t remain in room 405 because of the overwhelming stench. When we raised it with reception, they said there were no other rooms. Spraying chemicals around the carpet only made it worse. There was no refund or discount. We paid more than we did for the proper 4-star hotel we moved to, and what we got here felt like a dump rather than a fair 3-star stay. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it.

Nothing was offered when we complained about the awful smell in room 405, no refund or discount. Reception said there were no other rooms, and spraying chemicals on the carpet only made the odor stronger. The room was completely unlivable. We paid above 3-star rates for those conditions, which felt outrageous, especially since we found a proper 4-star hotel for less the next day. This place is a disgrace. If you value your trip, don’t consider staying here.

We left for a much better place the next morning, after room 405 ruined the experience. The odor was awful from the moment we entered. The front desk said every room was occupied, and their suggestion to spray cleaner on the floor only made the smell stronger. Staying there wasn’t possible. For what we paid, more than a solid 4-star hotel charges, the room was disgusting. We didn’t get a refund, discount, or even a proper apology. Don’t make the same mistake. This hotel will ruin your trip.

We had to move to another hotel the next day. In room 405 the smell was unbearable, and when we went to reception, they said all rooms were fully booked. Their only offer was to spray chemicals on the carpet, which made the smell worse until we couldn’t stay there. No refund or even a simple discount was offered. For a three-star place, we got a rotten room at a price higher than a proper 4-star hotel. I strongly don’t recommend it. Stay away if you don’t want your trip ruined.
