Thanks, Adam, for the lovely apartment. It's spotless, with a modern feel, a powerful shower, good internet, and a kitchen area with a cooker, fridge, and microwave. Glowny shopping centre is a two-minute walk away, with plenty of places to eat and easy access to wherever you want to go. Across the road there's a really good shop for snacks, food, sandwiches, fruit, vegetables, and drinks. I'd stay here again.

Shops are nearby, and the place felt safe and fresh. Getting around is easy, whether you walk or take public transport, which is just a stone's throw away. My only gripe is there isn't a mirror outside the one in the bathroom ;-)

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean, new, and comfortable. The kitchen could use better equipment. It's outside the center, but there's an elevator.

The quiet, location, washing machine, and good internet were the few positives. We stayed in room 21, and the bed was uncomfortable: the soft mattress sat far from the wall. The doormat was dirty too. We arrived on Saturday to sticky surfaces, dirty dishes, a full trash can, and no bags or dish rags. I sent photos through Booking right away and told the owner, but ended up cleaning the place myself. We also had to hunt for a trash can because there were no instructions for taking out the rubbish. There were no instructions for using anything. The coffee maker was dirty and still had a used capsule in it. When I asked how it worked and where to get capsules, I was told to buy them at a store, though none were available in the nearest shops. We couldn't figure out the TV with its two remotes either. When I asked, the answer was just to turn it on and watch. We were given two small gels for two people from Saturday to Wednesday, plus three rolls of toilet paper. It seemed oddly stingy. Before we arrived, I got verbal instructions for checking in but couldn't follow them, so on Wednesday I asked for photos or a video. I heard nothing until Saturday evening, and then no instructions were sent. When I asked why there was no answer, they said everything had already been written, while ignoring the parts I'd asked them to clarify. When we left, I didn't know where to put the keys because no one had told me. I messaged the landlady and got no reply. I sent photos of the dirt as soon as we arrived, but the place still wasn't cleaned, and my messages trying to sort things out were met with silence. I hope this was just an unfortunate mistake, but I never heard back from the owners. We left really upset.
