The staff were rude, and the pool was icy cold. Our room was dirty and very basic, with broken heating. Breakfast was so bad even a rat would turn its nose up. Honestly, I’d rather sleep rough outside than stay in this dump.

Our flight with Wizz was cancelled, so we ended up here. The reviews had made us expect awful accommodation, but it was actually pretty nice, and the staff were quite helpful too. Five stars to encourage them 💪

The beds were dirty and things in the room seemed to be falling apart. On top of that, guests were told not to use their phones around the hotel. How can you let people stay in a nightmare like this? The way the people running it behaved was so disappointing. They should be ashamed of letting anyone stay in that shelter.

The hotel itself is fine, but the service was unacceptable. Right from the start, the receptionist spoke as though she couldn't be bothered, as if talking to me was a favor. When the hairdryer overheated and switched off, she didn't check what had happened. She immediately blamed us for breaking it and tried to charge us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend it.

I paid for all four days and spent them in a cold room. When I told the receptionist there was a problem, she yelled at me. Awful service, and she was rude. Just awful.
