The apartments could use a bit of upkeep, but the price makes that easier to accept. The location is hard to beat, less than a minute from the Old Town Square, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had a minibar, TV, and private bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer were provided. There’s also a nice little bar if you turn right as you leave the hotel entrance.

My room was spotless, and I was on the fourth floor, which was easy to reach by elevator. The main market square is an easy walk away. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Krakow.

For a family, especially with small children, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s a pub or bar almost directly underneath, open until around 1am, and the noise kept my family and me awake. The location is fantastic, about two minutes from the main square and even closer to some great restaurants. It could be a good fit for a drinking holiday.

Just off the main square, the apartment was clean and nicely located. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, and coffee were provided, and there was a minibar. Checkout is at 12 o’clock.

We stayed for three nights at the beginning of February and really enjoyed it. We had room only, so I can’t comment on the food. The location is perfect if you want to be near the market square, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. All the receptionists were friendly, and they even lent me an adapter plug when I’d forgotten mine. We’ll definitely return. Thank you! :)
