Yourplace Biskupia Aparthotel

We had a lovely, stylishly decorated double attic apartment in a great location, with everything needed for a comfortable break. It was spacious, quiet, and easily accommodated three adults. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the pillows supportive, and there were plenty of towels. The large bathroom had lots of shelf space, towel rails, a washing machine, and drying rails, which suited us well as we were two weeks into a three-week trip and needed to do laundry. There are corner shops and coffee places nearby for an early coffee or bakery run. The flat also had a folder of city and activity information. The self check-in messages through Booking.com were clear and easy to follow. We got the email from Yourplace at midday on arrival day and learned the apartment was at Biskupia 4, Old Town, not the listed Łobzowska 22, Old Town. It was under 100m away, on a quieter street with a nice central premade and park, but the Booking.com location link had led us to expect the listed address. We had to change the pick-up points for two pre-booked tours, a minor inconvenience. Yourplace replied promptly to our Sunday afternoon email about issues we spotted before unpacking, so there’d be no dispute over existing damage. The kitchen was set up for six but lacked a bottle opener and corkscrew, though we had one in our travel kit. The fridge handle was loose and broken, and its bottom shelf was broken, so bottles had to lie on their sides. Two sockets by the counter were loose and not working, already taped over by Yourplace. They promised a bottle opener, new sink plug, and two 3 metre extension leads the next day. When we got back on Monday evening, all were on the dining table as promised. 10 out of 10 to Christina and the team, customer service was faultless. In September 2025, Biskupia 4’s lobby was undergoing major refurbishment. The entry light sensors didn’t come on until the second inner landing, which could make getting in at night difficult. Leaving at night was fine, as the upper lobby sensors came on when exiting the lift. If you book the top floor, note that the lift only goes to the 4th floor, then there’s a narrow staircase up to the 5th. It’s a fantastic base for Krakow old town and an easy walk from Krakow Glowny station. The route is flat, though some of it is cobbled, so go slowly if you have a pull-along bag.
