The service was really nice, and there was plenty of space. We had a living room with a TV, a large bedroom bed, lots of seating, two desks, and a KITCHENETTE with a microwave and refrigerator. Best of all, there were TWO LARGE BALCONYS looking out over the Tatra Mountains and Gubałówka Mountain ;))) The Wi-Fi signal was weak ;/ The radiators weren’t working during my stay, but they brought me an extra "mobile" radiator, which was more than enough to warm the whole apartment. Parking was tight, though I had no trouble; with more cars, that might be different. Zakopane isn’t huge, but Krupówki Street is still a bit of a walk, and even the nearest store (Biedronka ;) is a few hundred meters away when you’re carrying bags.

The apartment’s main room was a tiny cubicle, nowhere near as large as the photos made it look, and the decor felt straight out of the communist era. There wasn’t a parking space, so I had to leave the car on the driveway to the neighboring buildings. We spent half an hour there, with constant monotonous sounds, singing, and other strange noises. My husband and I agreed we should run. There were three huge dogs lunging at us from the doorway, and we had to pass them in a narrow hallway to get to the room. The listing said pets weren’t allowed, which matters if you’re allergic to dogs, as I am. The owner was very rude and only graciously locked them away so we could get through, even though we had two small children with us. You can’t get to the room without passing through the owner’s office. The apartment description completely contradicted what we found. There was no soap in the bathroom dispenser, just water, and the toilet paper hanging there was three-quarters used. An unwashed towel was on the bed. The kitchen faucet tilted about 45 degrees when turned on. I definitely don’t recommend it.
