The staff did so much to make our stay enjoyable, and the hotel was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was lovely too, and the price was such good value. Thanks to everyone for making our time in Zakopane memorable.

At least the room was clean and breakfast tasted good. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable. But the shower was either broken or put together in a really strange way. Its heat gauge didn’t work, and it took about 30 minutes to get warm water.

A great place to stay when you’re heading to the slopes. It was warm and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great.

A good place to stay in Zakopane. The rooms are clean and kept tidy, though they feel a little old-fashioned.

The reception staff were really helpful, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The rooms are basic, but have what you need, and the place feels quaint and cozy.
