We really liked our spacious, stylish room in this nice apartment building, which is rented for short stays rather than being a hotel. The check-in setup, though, is incredibly backward. There’s an employee on site, but he doesn’t speak any English. I showed him the website on my phone to check we were in the right place, and he just smiled. To get the keys, you have to call someone else, not through WhatsApp, who then comes over. That’s no help if, like me, you have an international SIM that can’t make local calls. In our case the person forgot the keys, so we had to wait for someone else. It’s beyond me why the company running such a nice place sticks with a system this amateur.

The pictures gave a very different impression from the tired, sparsely equipped place we found. The host was nice, and the pool was very nice too, but it only opened from 4pm. The lifeguard was nice as well. There was also a very strange security man who seemed to smoke every five minutes.

We booked this place for eight people, but arrived to find only six beds, and the accommodation looked nothing like the pictures. The customer service when we tried to get help was astonishing. It’s a disgrace, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Such a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos, and we had to go find somewhere else to stay with our four year old. They refused to return our money. An absolute scam. Do not stay!
