The host was great, and the place felt quiet and luxurious. It's also close to the SPA. Everything was great, you deserve 5 stars plus!

I was embarrassed and disappointed when they abruptly cancelled my reservation just a few hours before check-in, with no explanation or apology. If they were going to do that, they shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place. The service was the worst, very amateur.

I had booked an attic apartment but was given one on the first floor, so it wasn't the one I chose when paying. Still, the room was clean and well kept, and I'd recommend the place. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Krupówki Street, with pubs, restaurants, shops, and little stores nearby. Underground parking is a big plus; they give you a code, and there are five spaces. The kitchen had a microwave, stove, coffee machine, fridge, cutlery, and the utensils we needed, though an oven was missing. The mattress was too firm for me, and my neck and back hurt each day, but mattress comfort is personal. My main complaint was the underfloor heating, which the owner controls remotely. It was -15°C outside, and even with the setting at 23°C, it felt freezing. The floor also takes hours to warm up after the temperature is raised. There was at least an electric heater in the bathroom. Four stars.
