El Blok

The room was really clean, and the atmosphere was great. It’s so close to the beach, too. Melany, Kiani, Laine, and everyone at the front desk were incredibly helpful. My friend and I had a great stay at El blok hotel, and I can’t thank them enough. We’ll definitely come back.

The rooftop bar had great drinks and amazing sunset views, and the hotel’s design is really cool. Our room was pristine and comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and super nice. They went out of their way to arrange an early check-in, and even got sun loungers for us so we could sit at the beach while waiting. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The restaurant was good, but it wasn’t open every night, so we had to go there while we were staying at another hotel earlier in the week. The bed was comfortable, though street noise at night and chickens in the early morning made it hard to rest. I wish there were a pool instead of a hot tub. It’s nice that the hotel is adults only, and it’s fancy, but I found it overpriced. The balconies aren’t inviting places to relax, and there isn’t even a table to put a drink on. Overall, it was just okay and didn’t feel worth the price.

Sunset from the rooftop bar was a treat, with incredible views and tasty cocktails. The bartender seemed annoyed whenever we ordered or asked for anything, which really put a damper on things. Apart from that, it was a great visit, and I can imagine staying at the hotel would be a good experience too.
