Room 4C didn't have much of a view, but it was peaceful and very quiet. I was able to check in early at no extra charge, and getting in was easy. The newly renovated studios are modern and really clean, with a small smart TV and a coffee machine, plus some complimentary coffee and tea. The location is handy for restaurants, supermarkets and other places. My only reason for giving four stars is that the Wi-Fi was unreliable in the room.

Really spacious, airy apartments right in the center. Would be great if they left coffee capsules in the kitchen :)

The location is very convenient, and the room is spacious. But cleanliness fell well short: the bins hadn't been emptied when I checked in, and the floor was quite dirty. Maybe the cleaning staff hadn't done the job properly. There were bathroom issues too, including an unfinished towel rail and broken hangers. The hair dryer wouldn't blow hot air either. It all points to problems with the management.

I stayed at 137 LuxResidence from Oct 12-15 2024. The apartment was clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The tourist areas are about a 30 minute walk away. I had a pleasant stay in a beautiful city.

The bar downstairs played loud music at the weekend, and we could hear it from the apartment. Aside from that, our four nights at 137 LuxResidence were really good. The place was well presented and very clean, with everything we could need. The staff were amazing and happy to help with anything.
