The restaurant and lobby service were superb, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and smelled nice, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We had a very nice stay, with a fantastic location, and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, but the breakfast buffet needs a lot of work for a hotel of this caliber. It was considerably lacking. They should have a separate omelet bar and a better range of choices. The three other hotels we stayed at in Portugal all offered much more variety.

The location was perfect for visiting all the high-end boutiques, and we loved this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. Our room was nice and very clean, and the included breakfast was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend it.

10/10
Our standard room booking came with an upgrade, so we had a clean, spacious room on the sixth floor overlooking Liberdade Boulevard. There were no noise issues. The hotel is well located, a short walk from everything but away from the busiest tourist areas, and the staff and service were high level. We spent four days in Lisboa, walking tens of kilometres around the main sights. We really enjoyed the city, and with it being outside high season, the number of tourists was quite manageable. Happy to recommend!

There was plenty of room, and it was clean. The whole place has a lot of black, from the halls and reception to the restaurant and furniture. Service was good throughout our stay. Breakfast was just okay, though the coffee, tea and pastel de nata station was a lovely extra. It's on a main shopping street, so exploring the area is convenient.
