We had a small problem with our room, but the team sorted it out within minutes and moved us to a much higher-category room. They handled the whole thing professionally and with real care, and I’m very grateful for how attentive and efficient the staff were. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, and the service was remarkable. I’d highly recommend it for comfort and warm hospitality.

We’ve stayed at the Altis Hotel in Lisbon several times now, and every visit has been a pleasure. This time we were lucky to get another beautiful room. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The reception team were so welcoming and kind, especially Claudia Sousa and the other ladies at the desk. Thanks for another lovely stay. We hope to be back soon!

We spent nine nights here and would happily stay again. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city, with easy access to the metro and other transport. Our room was clean, and the hotel felt updated. Breakfast was great each morning, and we made good use of the heated indoor pool, hot tub, and well-equipped gym. Every employee we met gave outstanding service. After doing plenty of research on hotels and Airbnb, we were very happy with our choice and would recommend it for a Lisbon stay.

The staff were very helpful, and our 10th-floor king room was nice, with a spacious bathroom. We could walk to the old town in about 20-25 minutes. Breakfast had a great range, including options for my wife, who is gluten-free and vegetarian. The indoor heated pool and well-equipped gym were enjoyable too. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and mineral water in a glass bottle, plus the occasional chocolates and port left in the room. Good value for an upper-class hotel.

The staff left a card, cake, and bottle of bubbly in my room for my birthday. Such a lovely gesture, and I really appreciated it. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the gym and swimming pool were really nice. It’s a great base for a city break, about a 15-minute walk to the centre. Thanks to everyone at the hotel 👌🏻
