The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the parking garage we rented was close by. Inside, the apartment was roomy, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. Ours didn’t look as modern or perfect as the photos, but it was still perfectly fine. Towels, a little bag of bathroom soap and a hairdryer were provided. I’d bring my own soap anyway. There was another small bag by the sink that might have had soap and a sponge, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t say for sure. The kitchen had utensils, a coffee maker, fridge and freezer, plus a washer and dryer. Bring your own coffee, detergent, oil and salt. Across the street there’s a fantastic bakery. The croissants are so good, especially the folded-in one. The bathtub could have used another couple of rounds of cleaning, since it wasn’t spotless. Otherwise things were fine. It took a bit of effort to find the apartment, but the email gives you the precise floor and apartment number. We were meant to collect the key at one address; when we called to say we wouldn’t make it in time, they quickly gave us another one. They were helpful and efficient. Key pickup also meant paying €2 per person per day in cash. You get one key, and can leave a deposit for an extra one, which is refunded when you return the keys.
