In the middle of lively Bairro Alto, the hotel still felt like a comfortable, refined place to retreat to. The rooftop restaurant and bar have beautiful views across Lisbon. Service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout, and the property is very well kept, with care visible in the details. The team and management deserve congratulations for the level of hospitality they’ve created. You can feel their commitment throughout the stay. I’m looking forward to coming back.

After a chaotic day of travel, this was such a dreamy place to arrive. The rooms were spotless and quiet, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great location, too. I loved the rooftop bar and the included breakfast, especially those views. 10/10, I’ll stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

From arrival to departure, everything felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and kept trying to take care of what we needed. It was my first time at this gorgeous hotel, and quite an experience. The room had its own character, the amenities felt top-notch, the restaurant was incredible, and the rooftop view over the city is easily one of the best. I’d definitely come back.

I spent four nights here in April 2026. The rooms are beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the decor details. The restaurant and rooftop bar were excellent, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. We enjoyed the hotel and I’d stay again, though at over $600 a night I expected more consistency from a boutique luxury hotel with one Michelin key. A few details fell short despite the staff’s good intentions. We asked for room service breakfast at 7am before an early tour, since breakfast opened at 7:30, but ended up going downstairs to collect it ourselves. It also wasn’t what we’d ordered: we wanted a croissant with sides like ham, cheese, bread, and coffee, but got croissant sandwiches with ham and butter. It felt like an airline breakfast box. There weren’t any irons in the rooms. When we asked for one, staff said they couldn’t provide one but could iron our clothes. Someone picked them up, another person later brought an iron, and it was taken away the next day. We were charged for the ironing without being told there would be a fee, so we gave up on ironing anything else. There were other small things too, but those were the main surprises.
