As someone who has lived in Boavista 44 for a long time, I know of at least two burglaries in the building over the past three months. The building has become a nightmare and a circus. I immediately improved security in my own apartment. The condo company’s building security is zero, and the Airbnb business on the third floor, which was targeted, is still operating without facing consequences for the guests’ huge losses. Strangers come and go through the building every week, for whatever reason.
