The host was lovely, quick to respond and easy to reach. Towels were changed every other day, and there was a cleaning service. The location is great, super close to everything, and all the necessities were included. I'd definitely recommend it.
We had a great four-day stay. The location was amazing, and the host was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we liked the balcony. Self check-in and the automatic door system worked well. Good value for the price.
A huge cockroach ran through the room just two minutes after we got in. The room was very dirty. I could cancel the rest of the stay, but still had to pay for one night and cleaning, despite how dirty it was. Wouldn't recommend it.
The location was nice and it’s a good place to stay. There was a technical issue, but they fixed it quickly.
The location is great, but I really didn't like how we were treated. My husband and I arrived around 10 PM. There's no concierge, as it's a private hotel. They wouldn't open the door because the tax hadn't been paid, even though we'd paid the hotel bill in full. Thankfully, the taxi driver stayed with us and helped arrange for someone to let us in. We were then given codes for the front door and our room. The room had no kettle, refrigerator or drinking glasses.
