This concerns R. de São João da Praça 69, Lisboa, Portugal, and LovelyStay as a company. They couldn't manage the simple job of replacing a bedsheet. Instead, they acted as if they didn't understand, which was frustrating. More than a month passed and the sheet still hadn't been replaced. Sadly, that's what happened.
