Dos Reis by The Beautique Hotels

The hotel was spotless, beautifully put together, and in a great spot. The bed was heavenly, and the thoughtful little touches made the room feel special. What really made the stay for me was how kindly the team handled a booking mistake that was completely my fault. They sorted it quickly, stayed flexible, and even added some lovely comforts. I never felt stressed about it, and their care meant a lot. From arrival onward, everyone was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One of my best hotel experiences in a long time. I’ll definitely return when I’m next in Portugal.

We were in Lisbon to celebrate our son's 18th birthday, and the hotel made a great base. The city center and airport were quick to reach, and tram number 28 stops right by the hotel for getting to interesting places. Our room was luxurious and clean, and it was really quiet inside. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent too, so it's worth including with your reservation. I highly recommend staying here.

The restaurant staff were caring and really friendly, and the food was delicious. My room was clean, comfortable, and modern. At check-in, a very kind man, whose name I sadly forgot, welcomed me, showed me to my room, and explained everything clearly. I loved the whole stay and will definitely come back. Thank you, team!🤍🫂

We got to Lisbon and Dos Reis around midnight, and the warm welcome was clear from the moment the automatic front doors opened. The lobby is small but beautifully decorated, and there's a great bar and breakfast area. Our room was simply amazing, with modern decor, attention to every detail, and affordable luxury. The hidden TV mounted in the wall beneath glass was the best. A must if you're planning a Lisbon visit. Thanks for making us feel at home! 🙏🏻❤️
