I booked an apartment on June 21. On July 25, just before my trip to Portugal, they checked my credit card and it went through. Forty-five minutes later they told me it was overbooked and couldn't offer another apartment. I'd also booked parking beside it for two days, so I may lose that money too. Now I have nowhere to stay. This company isn't responsible or trustworthy. Never again.

The hosts were great, and they welcomed us with wine. The location is good too. There's no elevator, but the stairs are beautiful. Just remember it's on the fourth floor when you're coming back from a walk around the city. The furniture could do with an update, and the WiFi was too slow to stream music on Google Play or movies on Netflix.

The window view was fantastic, and the apartment was quiet, clean, beautiful, and so cozy. We spent two days in Lisbon, and coming back each time felt like returning to our own home. Thanks so much, we loved the place and would give it another star if we could.

The place could use an update since it feels worn, but the location is great and the view from the apartment is wonderful.
