I stayed for a day before my flight and the location was good, but there were no shower towels. I had to call more than ten times before anyone at reception picked up. After checkout, I realized I’d left my electric toothbrush in the room. I tried email and phone, calling over twenty times across two days, but got no answer on the phone and no reply to my email.

From here, most of the city is easy to reach, since the metro is only a few minutes away. There’s also a bus station nearby, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk. The hotel itself is really nice, with spacious rooms, very polite and friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was very poor, with low-quality food, though the breakfast staff were kind. That was probably the only good thing about the hotel. The room wasn’t worth the €178 they charged: there was one towel per person, gray and coming apart, the shower head holder was broken, the shampoo was by the sink and the soap in the bathtub, and the bed linen had spots. The man at recepción had no people skills, wasn’t helpful, and didn’t even smile. After paying €178 for the room, we were charged another €5 to store our bags for three hours. Pathetic. It’s not worth the money, look elsewhere.

They tried to blame us and charge a fine for damage that was already there before check-in, without giving clear proof or explanation. It felt like they were charging guests extra at random. The food was tasteless, with very few options and nothing fresh or enjoyable. In the room, the sheets were dirty and uncomfortable, and the old shower and basic bathroom fixtures were broken or didn’t work properly. For the price, the service, hygiene, and room quality were unacceptable. I don’t recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
