The hotel’s location is very nice, but I had a really disappointing stay. Breakfast had little variety, the room had no proper place for makeup or personal items, and the bathroom sink was tiny and impractical. I was there for five nights and had no hot water for three of them. On arrival day, before check-in, I’d told management I’d missed my flight. Nobody explained that I’d still have to check out according to my original booking. Since it was the weekend, I couldn’t find a decent hotel at a reasonable price for just one night, and I had to leave early in the morning. With no other option, I stayed and paid for an extra night. Despite the hot water problems and other inconveniences, I was charged the full rate for that night, with no adjustment or compensation. On the day I arrived, I tried to shower, but the water suddenly went cold partway through. I got sick afterward.

The cabaret show was so entertaining and fun, it’s a must. The head barman deserves a special mention for taking real care with cocktail making. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, like all the staff. First rate service, and you made our stay memorable ❤️

We had a great time here with a group of friends. The location is handy, near fun neighborhoods, across from a nice park, and within walking distance of both the center and the water. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were lovely at check-in, over breakfast, and when giving recommendations. We always had good interactions. Breakfast was great too, with lots of fresh, healthy options.

Everything went smoothly, and the location was convenient. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere comfortable. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

We loved the beautifully decorated rooms and public spaces, and the hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting Lisbon. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the night was silent. Breakfast was decent, too. There’s a lovely public garden just outside the front door. Their burlesque / Caberet nights are on Saturdays. We missed the show and wished we hadn’t. A cracking hotel.
