Olá Lisbon - Lapa with Panoramic View II

The apartment made a lovely first impression on my family: high ceilings, beautiful floors, and a great view. The person who welcomed us was friendly, too. But there was a bad smell in the bathrooms that got worse over the two days, and the tenants upstairs, who weren’t part of the Inn, stomped and banged things until 4:30 in the morning. We asked them twice to keep it down, with no change. When I called the host, he said the only thing to do was call the police. My husband couldn’t take another night, so we left early and stayed in a beautiful 5 star hotel in Belém for almost the same price. Those problems are why I gave the apartment 2 stars.
