We stayed in this “palace” for four days on our Lisbon visit, and the service was awful. The person renting the place was about half an hour late, leaving us waiting. At first the room seemed okay, but it was damp and hard to breathe in. We had to open the window, though outside was really noisy in the evenings. Then we found bedbugs in our bed and had to change apartments. We called right away, and the person renting us the room said we could move if we wanted, but there’d be no refund. A dreadful stay. Avoid this little place if you come across it.

I booked the studio for six nights, but was shocked when I arrived. It was a tiny flat with a really unpleasant smell, nothing like the pictures. Worse, it was in the basement, with just one small window and no air circulation, so it felt suffocating. It was noisy too. I decided to cancel as soon as I got there. The host was rude as well.

Awful stay. It’s a former cellar, unbearably musty, and very noisy.
