Just arrived, and I’m already impressed. The hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The minibar is full and gets restocked daily for free, thank you! I wouldn’t change a thing. ❤️ I made a silly mistake with the WiFi survey about first impressions. I meant to enter my room number, but accidentally gave it a 1 instead of a 5. Sorry, Santa Justa, that was my mistake. I love it here.

We loved having a drink at the hotel bar each evening before heading out, and the breakfast was great. The place is central enough to walk to almost everything. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, and the hotel was clean. I really can’t say enough good things.

The location made it easy to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, central square, shops and local sights. We had a really comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and spotless, with neatly pressed, clean linens. The bathroom was roomy too, with a large shower and strong water pressure. Room service was prompt and professional. A complimentary minibar with water, juice, Coca-Cola, sparkling water and beer was a nice surprise, and the Nespresso machine and capsules came in handy. There were lots of English-language TV channels for relaxing after sightseeing. We’d recommend it for the space, cleanliness and central location.

The room was modern and well equipped, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of counter space. The staff were professional and polite. They stored our luggage, then brought it up once the room was ready. We also found port and chocolates waiting when we arrived, and the minibar with water and beer was free and restocked each day. The first-floor room was very well soundproofed from outside noise, and the location was perfect. We did hear babies crying and people snoring through the walls from neighboring rooms. The TV was old and casting didn’t work, but staff set up a Chromecast stick that worked perfectly. The bed for two was two twin beds pushed together.
