The location is excellent, right in the centre on a pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, and street performers. I had to park a bit far away, though. The studio apartment with a kitchenette is on the third floor and there's no elevator. The studio itself isn't bad, but it needs a complete overhaul. The walls are dirty, the bathroom door creaks, and some of the furniture is half broken. The apartment is rundown, and I couldn't believe something could be built to such a low standard. A disaster.

Three stars for the apartment, mainly because the stairs are so narrow and the terrace is in poor condition. Apart from those issues, it was fine.

The landlord was really friendly and the service was great. I held back one star because there’s no heat in the bathroom.

There are a few shops along this pedestrian street, and it gets lively in the evening with some musicians around. Part of the street is being worked on, though, like much of Porto.
