The meals were generous, and the restaurant team was courteous and did their best to make sure we enjoyed both the food and the place. I also want to recognize the hotel staff, especially Mr. Osama at reception. They made us feel comfortable without even knowing that comfort was exactly what we needed right then. I can't recall everyone's names, but throughout my stay their service was truly excellent.

The Lebanese brunch I tried today was delicious, with food that made me feel at home. Everyone was warm and friendly. Mr.Omar welcomed and treated people so professionally, and Supriya was lovely in the way she greeted everyone.

The location was handy, with Al Sadd Metro Station, shops, pharmacies, and everyday services nearby. I appreciated the 20% discount, and the buffet restaurant was spacious and comfortable. Reception was good, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, especially Sumeer. The room itself was disappointing. Standard rooms are very small, and the twin-room bathroom layout isn't practical. The bathtub was so high that I got injured, and the water temperature kept changing. The mattress was awful and uneven, with a noticeably lower spot where I slept. The lighting setup also isn't convenient for two people. I expected more from a 5-star hotel.

Mandar looked after us so kindly and attentively at Circle Restaurant, making sure we had what we needed throughout the evening. Sushi Night was a lovely experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, and there was plenty of choice at the buffet. It was a relaxing atmosphere too. We'd happily return.

The location made getting around easy, with major attractions nearby and a plaza, cafés, and restaurants all within a comfortable walk. The hotel also has a useful range of facilities, including a business center and a restaurant open 24 hours. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the managers were accessible and clearly cared about looking after guests. For a five-star hotel, the value for money was outstanding. A great place to stay in Doha, and I'd gladly come back.
