I stayed here for two days of quarantine. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good, though I wouldn’t call it very good. Overall, I had a very good experience.

The food was average, so don’t expect too much, though it was manageable for two days. We took a clean, spacious 2 BHK apartment for quarantine and had a really relaxing stay. The amenities were good, the staff friendly, and service was quick. I’d recommend it to others.

The apartments themselves are nice, and the amenities are new and work properly. The building could be a good place, but customer care and upkeep let it down. The park is within walking distance, as advertised, but the road is dangerous. It’s uncomfortable taking children that way, and reaching the pedestrian crossing means walking to a traffic light that isn’t very close. One of the elevators is currently out of service, leaving the whole building to share the other one. At busy times that takes a lot of time. The working elevator is noisy, and its doors don’t work properly. The building isn’t as clean as it could be either: my floor often smells, and the elevator is dirty. Ten days ago I asked management to clarify something about my contract and provide information. They kept putting me off day by day, and I still haven’t received anything. I could add photos and more details, but I’ll stop here. It’s a pity such a nice building has these service problems.

I’m currently here in quarantine under the MOPH guideline. The room is spacious, very well maintained, and it’s a 3 BHK apartment. I haven’t heard any noise from outside. Staff are friendly, food arrives on time, and the menu can be viewed on the TV, though there aren’t many TV channels. When we ordered things from outside, hotel staff brought them to our room.
