Z Executive Boutique Hotel

The hotel is in a great spot for walking around the Old Town, grabbing a beer or good food, or catching the subway right outside to get around the city. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were especially good. Our room was nicely designed and pleasant. A couple of small things to know: since everything seems new, the room and floor doors feel stiff and awkward, and the shower drain is slow. Neither took away from our stay. Thank you, I’d recommend it.

The staff were kind and helpful, and they were flexible when I made a booking mistake, which made things much easier for me. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It seemed short-staffed during the busy breakfast period, so there was some waiting, but the service was nice. The hotel is right in the city center. I’d recommend it.

The location was the main thing I liked about this boutique hotel. The rest felt average or below, and cleanliness could be better. I wasn’t pleased with the staff’s attitude, especially the cleaning lady. Asking for an extra towel turned into a big issue, and at one point I was asked to pay for it. I refused, and she said this in front of the receptionist.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. There’s a really nice view from the restaurant and bar upstairs, and the hotel is right in the city center. The design isn’t to my taste, and some rooms face an ugly inner courtyard. Still, I’d generally recommend the place.
