The place felt like going back to 1992: dusty and outdated, despite the photos making it look much better. Towels were changed daily, but the spa and rooftop restaurant were closed during the advertised June 12-16, 2025 opening period, and there was no swimming pool. I personally wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay at Cosmos and are planning to come back. From the balcony, we enjoyed the wide sea view, and seeing the swans was lovely. Of the physiotherapy equipment, the intermittent vacuum treatment was my favorite. The hotel is right on the waterfront.

I’d give it no stars if that were an option. Please don’t stay here. Our premium apartment wasn’t clean: the toilet seat was dirty and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. The bathroom fittings were rusty, and hot water only lasted until around noon, after which we could get only lukewarm water, if any. The balcony was unusable too. Water from the AC drainage flooded it, and the vent blew toward the inside of the balcony. Meals were cold, not tasty, and nearly the same each time, with only small changes. There was also a long wait in line to get food. The advertised parking turned out to be public roadside parking, if you could find a space. After the owner responded, I couldn’t reply directly. His attitude was reprimandable, and he also seemed to have trouble writing in his own language. We had barely entered the room, and we have a video that shows this, with a timestamp. Making excuses instead of taking steps to improve the business and taking advantage of customers says a lot. The rain was actually inside the hotel. It’s a shame to chase customers away. Mocking people does no good and reflects on his character. I do not recommend this place at all.

The location was lovely, and it’s a real plus that they accept dogs, since there aren’t many pet friendly options nearby. The stay itself was decent, though the hotel felt more like a hostel. It was noisy, and people didn’t seem to stick to the house rules.
