I arrived about 10 minutes ago, and the smell is so strange I can barely breathe. The AC isn’t working, and the humidity is really high. It feels like being in a Sheesha cafe. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Even if they paid me to stay, I wouldn’t.

The only thing I can say in the hotel’s favor is that there’s hot water. The photos don’t match what it’s like, and everything else is a mess. Turn on the tap and the floor gets wet, soaking your feet. Things are falling apart, and nothing seems to work properly. Reception staff act as if they don’t understand you so they can avoid dealing with you. I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel.

It was a very dirty hotel, and the service was terrible. Towels took 2-3 hours to arrive after I asked for them. When I requested room cleaning, they said 30 minutes, but nobody came. I had to go back to the front desk and ask again. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it. 👎

The location was just okay, but the service was poor. There were long waits for the lift, and only four beds for six people, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I wasn’t satisfied overall.

Dear Hotel Manager, the Wi-Fi connection is very poor, and it’s hard for me to contact my parents when they visit this place. Please help improve the service. Also, could you let me know whether any assistance is available for guests facing financial difficulties? Thank you for your help.
