The rooms are good, but getting a bus to Haram is a real problem. The hotel's buses don't come often. Other hotel buses pass by frequently, but won't take guests from this hotel, which makes the journey even harder.

There’s no transport to the mosque and no food at the hotel, though a few restaurants are nearby. You can walk to the mosque in about 25 minutes. If your main focus is Umrah and you don't mind much about comfort, this may suit a budget traveler.

There's no proper hospitality here, and even basic things like drinking water weren't available. I wouldn't recommend it for families or bachelors. It's too far from Haram, with no transport available. Keep this hotel as a last option.

A very bad hotel. Nothing works, the people and restaurant are nasty, and the service is bad.
