After traveling a long way for this booking, I waited outside the hotel for an hour, only to watch them give my booking to someone else right in front of me. That was completely unprofessional and unethical. The Egyptian guy should show some respect. I don't recommend this place at all.
We stayed for 9 days, and they never cleaned the room, even after we asked many times. Worst experience ever.
Really, really bad hotel. The service and behaviour were awful, and we found a rat and a cockroach in our room.
You'll struggle to get anything done here. After check-in, they didn't respond to us at all. When I asked reception to turn on the AC during the intense July summer heat, he laughed and said it was hot now.
The Wi-Fi was really good. A budget hotel with hospitality.
