Sadan Plaza

This place isn't close to being liveable, and my week-long booking hasn't been worth it. There aren't even basic amenities. My family and elderly mother are stuck on the 9th floor without electricity, my young kids have no food, and the cleanliness is beyond terrible.

We felt welcome and were treated with respect throughout our stay. The owner and staff took time for us, and their hospitality was the best part. The place was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had hot water, and the pillows were comfortable, not rock hard like at some other high-end hotels. It's 1 km from the Harum Shareef, but a taxi gets you there for 5SR. In this blessed city, expectations are high, and the owner met all of ours. A great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

I had a disappointing stay at Sadan Plaza Macca Hotel. Communication was difficult because the staff understood little English, so explaining requests or concerns was frustrating. On arrival, nobody was available to help me check in, which left me confused and neglected. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, making it hard to stay connected or handle personal and work matters. The lifts were also extremely slow, and the long waits made getting around the hotel tedious. With the language barrier, absent check-in staff, no in-room Wi-Fi, and slow lifts, I can't recommend Sadan Plaza Macca Hotel. These basic issues need attention for guests to have a comfortable stay.

This was the worst experience of my life. It's not a 3-star hotel at all. There were no basic facilities, no electricity for eight hours, and the staff weren't cooperative.
