It feels like a room to stop in briefly on a drive, not somewhere to stay as a hotel. This is an apartment with no front desk or caretaker, and there's no CCTV or security. It's about 3 km from Masjid al haram sharif, with no shuttle or cleaning service. The WiFi barely seems to be provided at all, and there's no bottled water or cleaning. They give you a room and nothing else.

The location was very isolated, and I paid 350 riyals for a lot of hassle. The building seemed new but unfinished, with four floors and no reception, just two very unprofessional staff members. When I asked one for the WiFi password, he told me to wait in my room. I waited at least an hour, then went back down. He gave me a long story about his life and kept me waiting longer. The room was empty apart from a couch and rug. The five beds didn't seem sturdy and were terribly uncomfortable. The staff put their needs ahead of ours. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

For the price, the room was fine, and the bed was clean. I wasn't expecting luxury at a cheap hotel during a busy holiday in Medina. There are grocery stores and Pakistani restaurants nearby, and Masjid An-Nabawi is about a 30-minute walk. The staff I dealt with were polite and helpful, though service from management and coordination were very poor. The carpet and floor also hadn't been cleaned properly. I arrived at 9 PM, seven hours after the 2 PM check-in time, but was told there was no room. The person in charge of reception wasn't there, and his phone was off. After about half an hour, a staff member kindly found me a room, but I had to move to another one the next day. This is honest feedback, not criticism. The hotel works for someone on a very tight budget, but management needs to improve the service.

The rooms were dirty, the beds had bugs, and the elevator was unclean. There wasn't even tea service. We had to take a taxi each time because the mosque wasn't within walking distance. There was no reception, and a dustbin sat in front of the building. The service was very bad, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. I wouldn't even call it a hotel.
