The bed was comfortable, and I could use the sauna for free by booking it for an hour. I also got to check in early without paying extra, and the airport transfer takes no more than 10 minutes, which was handy. My single economy room was very compact. There was no tea, coffee, or kettle, and it felt too basic for the price. Breakfast starts at 4am, but it was very basic and I didn't think much of it.

The room was much too hot. There was a fan, but we ended up sleeping with the window wide open, and could clearly hear people by the entrance and the transfer bus passing right outside. We spent one night with the kids before an early flight and left the car in the hotel's parking for two weeks. Check-in was easy on the machine at the front desk, and a lovely receptionist was there if we had questions. Parking went more smoothly than I expected, and the invoice matched the price we'd been told. The old transfer bus had visibly damaged seats, but it arrived on time and the drivers were friendly. We got what we paid for and would stay again. One thing to know: get food before parking the car. After we found the hotel's dinner wasn't what we wanted to eat or pay for, they made it a bit difficult to take the car back out. We ended up driving to the closest area with food and a supermarket.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was convenient for getting there and back. I chose the smallest room, and it was just right for what I needed. Breakfast was traditional Swedish food.

The bathroom was a shock: there was hair left behind, mold, calcium buildup, and a sewer smell. It badly needs attention. The place is run down overall, and the room was dirty despite being a decent size. Dust had been sitting on one of the ceiling spotlights for so long that I had to turn it away because it bothered me. Staff didn't seem helpful or friendly from the start. You check yourself in at a machine, and the staff who were around looked annoyed to be bothered. No slippers or shower kit either. They charge a lot for what you get. Really, you're paying to be near the airport, and that's about it. I wasn't impressed and added photos to show some of it.

Avoid this place. The room was noisy, with planes taking off audible, and the shuttle doesn't run around the clock. Communication was very poor, and I waited 15 minutes on the phone before anyone spoke to me. One of my worst hotel stays.
