Awful treatment. I had booked for a busy time in December, but a relative passed away. I managed to move my flights with someone else without any problem, but this company wouldn't do the same. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. They gave me nothing, not even a partial refund. There was no empathy or compassion, just a no. They'll no doubt sell the rooms at Xmas anyway. I'm returning to Sweden next year, but I won't book here or recommend it to anyone.

The bed linen and towels were decent quality, and the place was modern, clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Great location too. We had a pleasant stay and would choose it again if we return to Gothenburg.

We used Coop on Avenyn and ICA Focus near Liseberg as our supermarkets. Both were handy, as there are lots of shopping options within walking distance. For getting farther afield, there are bus and tram stops nearby. We stayed for a week at the end of August, and the apartment had just the right amount of space, storage, cooking facilities, and comfort. It’s in a nice part of town. I’d stay again when we visit Gothenburg.

The studio apartment was fabulous and had everything you could want in the way of equipment. It even came with a scoop for the coffee machine, plus large, luxurious towels. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment’s 360 view on the website is accurate, and the apartment and venue were excellent. We stayed for 3 nights in October 22. There was no one on site for service, but they were excellent at answering my calls and sorting out issues. The only thing that bothered us was that the heating was central, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. For October, that wasn’t a big issue, of course.
