We’ve stayed here twice while travelling to northern Sweden, and had a suite both times. Very clean and spacious, with great kitchen facilities. Free parking outside, a really comfortable bed and a shower that works great. Would recommend it and definitely stay again.

This stay was a nightmare. We checked two rooms, and both had stains on the walls. The rooms were filthy, there were hairs in the bathroom, and there was a smell in multiple rooms. The shower didn’t work properly, switching between ice cold and boiling hot. The next morning there was no running water at all, so we couldn’t flush, get drinking water or shower. When we checked out, there was no notice and nobody at reception. At first, a worker apologized and promised a refund after I complained. I thought that was good, but after more than four weeks and lots of back-and-forth messages, I’d received nothing. I got excuses, and suddenly, after four months, they said I needed to make a Revolut account to get the promised money, even though they’d had my transfer details all along. My advice: don’t go here.

For the price, I was very happy with the room and the very nice receptionist and staff. The toilet and bathroom are in the hall, which was fine. The radiator made a little noise, but it didn’t bother me.

The room was well ventilated, the blankets were cozy, and it was quiet during my stay. Buses are within walking distance, though I didn’t need them because I had a car and free parking from the motel. The price was okay for one night before 18:00. The radiators weren’t working, which could be a problem later this year in winter if they aren’t fixed. The bunk beds felt flimsy, and the room reminded me too much of a Swedish jail. It would’ve been nice to have a range of takeout and delivery menus in the room. I couldn’t use the stove when the motel was unmanned, and no dishwashing towels were provided.
