The bed was VERY VERY comfortable, and the hotel is only 20/25 minutes from the centre, which suited us since we wanted to stay near Stockholm without being right in the middle of it. The reception man with glasses and the woman with glasses were lovely, and the reception staff were 10/10. Lunch was reasonably priced, varied and healthy, with sweet treats available too. The woman working in the kitchen at lunch was a bit unfriendly, though maybe everyone has a bad day. The other staff were super nice, always smiling, attentive and ready to help. Our room wasn't very dirty, but it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The lamps were loose and not properly secured. The TVs, set mostly to Swedish, didn't work properly, which I didn't like as someone from Spain, since at night we wanted to watch something and it was frustrating. For the breakfast buffet, it would be ideal if they extended the hours to around 10:00/10:30. When I last stayed at a hotel in Sweden, coffee was unlimited, which made for a nice coffee and relaxation area in the hotel lounge. We had a great time and will most likely choose this establishment again. Forenom is on our favorites list.

Heleneslund train station is about seven minutes away, with a 13-minute ride to Stockholm-city station. There's also a direct train from Helenelund to Arlanda airport. Breakfast was included, check-in and checkout were really quick, and the staff were helpful. Our clean room was ready when we arrived, with a modern bathroom and fresh towels. It had two tables, three chairs, a TV, hairdryer, kitchen unit with cooktop, extractor hood, ironing board, pots and other basic cooking things. The hotel has a free laundry room, though you need to book a time and use detergent left by previous guests. One downside: there's no shelf or spot in the shower for your own soap or shower gel, so it has to go on the floor. Also, it's difficult to serve breakfast food with forks. Please switch to serving tongs!

Many people didn't realize there was nowhere to park, so know this before you arrive. There is some street parking, but little information about payment or time limits. I parked outside the only car park and waited an hour and a half for someone to leave. Then I had to make two trips with expensive equipment because I didn't feel safe leaving it in the car. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the parking situation was difficult.

The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, despite being told it was, and the customer service wasn't very nice. There was no dishwasher, so you have to wash the dishes yourself. It felt like the cheap log cabins on a school summer trip, where you have to clean up after yourself. The nightly price is the same as nearby hotels, so I'd recommend choosing a hotel instead, where you also get free breakfast.
