Södra Hotellet

The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings, clean, well-equipped bathroom and comfortable beds. It was a nice place to unwind after a day out. We were also close to attractions, restaurants and public transport, so exploring the city was easy. We'd been unsure what to expect because we hadn't found much information about Södra Hotellet, but the stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choice whether you wanted something light or a hearty Swedish meal. Staff were helpful at breakfast and throughout our stay, answering questions and suggesting restaurants and activities. They made us feel at home. We'd happily stay at Södra Hotellet again and recommend it.

The breakfast setup was a mess. There weren't enough tables, the owner was taking up one of them, and the small room felt crowded. Guests also had to walk through it with their bags to leave while others were eating. Our standard room was downstairs in the basement. The old building had a renovated room, but it was noisy, and we could hear other guests opening and closing their doors. I wouldn't pay to stay here again.

A cosy, friendly place right in the middle of Norkőpping, with nice, spacious rooms and a really fair price. You can find what you need in the basement, whether that's somewhere to prepare your own meal or a place to iron a shirt. Breakfast was very nice, too. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, but it was okay.

We had a spacious, quiet family room with a small fridge, and breakfast was delicious, though there was no bacon. The owner gave us a friendly, personal welcome. It's a small, cosy hotel near the city centre, with some free parking on the premises. Just know there's no restaurant, bar or elevator.
