The breakfast, included in the room price, is what really earns this place an extra star for me, and the staff deserve one too. They were very helpful and friendly. It's officially a three star hotel, though I think it's good value overall. The building has an interesting design and is clean, but the rooms and beds felt a bit small, and toilet flushing from neighboring rooms was much too loud. Breakfast was excellent.

The bar and restaurant manager, Ahmed, was especially kind and helped us a lot. We had a really nice stay, and the hotel has plenty to offer for the price, including a sauna, restaurant, breakfast, and billiards. The rest of the staff were lovely too.

The rooms aren't furnished in the most modern style, but they were clean. Getting to the city center was quick, about 10 minutes by regional train. Breakfast was extremely good and had lots of different options. Reception staff were lovely and did their best to help. The sauna needs to be booked privately, so whether you can get a slot depends on luck.

The room was clean, and the food and drinks were the best. Donya at reception and Ahmed in the bar were so nice, I could go on talking about them. I don't think there's anywhere like this. I'd recommend it to every tourist visiting Sweden ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They cancelled my booking, saying my credit card was “invalid,” but they were still quite happy to take the money. I've contacted them several times about a refund and also asked booking.com to escalate it. The refund deadline has passed and I still haven't had an answer. I don't like thieves, so if you don't want your money stolen, avoid booking here at all costs.
