The meals were a real plus, with breakfast, Fika, and dinner included, and dinner was very nice. I also found the gym small but well-equipped, and the sauna was a great finishing touch. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The staff made the biggest difference to our stay. They went out of their way to keep guests happy, and we experienced that kind of service on three separate occasions. Their hospitality really lifted the whole experience.

Each evening they had a buffet with tasty, well-cooked food, which was perfect when we arrived late and hungry. The staff were superb and very service minded. The reception is on the fourth floor and opens into a cozy, modern-looking lounge.

The welcome felt cozy and family-like, and the hotel had a really nice feel to it. Breakfast, fika, and dinner were complimentary. The food was generally good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
