The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe, with a supermarket open until 10 p.m. and the metro about five minutes away. We knew the hotel was a way from the city center when we booked, and still thought it was a good choice for the price. Our group of three was able to check in early because the room was ready. It felt apartment-like, with room for our clothes, a small kitchen stocked with the dishes we needed, and a kettle. The beds were clean and tidy, and there were two towels per person. We had breakfast twice. It was good enough for a short stay of one to three nights, though the choices might get repetitive if you stay longer. For a longer visit, I’d probably book without breakfast and cook or try different cafes. We were glad we chose this place and didn’t regret it.

The balcony was a great spot to unwind after work, and the price was good. I stayed here on and off for almost a year while working on installing public seating at the National Arena.

We had to leave before breakfast on our last morning, but the staff kindly packed some food in bags and containers since breakfast was included in our rate. They also let us leave our bags safely when we arrived before check-in, so we could go see Stockholm. The five-day stay was pleasant, and the hotel has a sauna and gym that all guests can use, though the sauna isn’t for children. I’d definitely recommend it.

My experience with the staff was poor. The morning team was a little better, but the evening staff had a very bad attitude. When I asked about a corporate discount, they wouldn’t even check whether one was available. I’d booked a washing machine slot and put my clothes in, but someone took them out. Staff didn’t check the cameras or speak to whoever was responsible. The room was also very small, and the place didn’t feel like a hotel stay to me.
