Mr. Raj from housekeeping made a lasting impression on me. His warm manner, attention to detail, and readiness to help made guests feel welcome, and his dedication went beyond what I expected. I’ve visited several lounges at Changi Airport, and he stood out as an exceptional team member. The check-in desk experience was excellent too, with commendable service. Raj is a valuable part of the team, and I appreciate his efforts. Thank you for the wonderful service.

For around $90aus per person through booking.com, we got five hours, including a shower and towel. The lounge was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were great. There are comfy chairs for a nap, lots of food choices including curry chicken, laska, nachos, and a salad station, plus three free alcohol drinks and unlimited other drinks. It’s a great transit lounge. After checking your baggage and going through customs, take the quick air train ride to Terminal 3.

Five hours after we ate here, my girlfriend and I had diarrhea more than ten times between us. It badly disrupted our travel plans, and I regret visiting. This was after dining at 2:30 AM on 26th Mar 2026. When I lifted the cover on the noodles and vegetables, a bad odor came out. I put the food on my plate and smelled it deliberately, which could be checked on CCTV, but couldn’t detect the odor then, so I ate it. The vegetables tasted strange, and the mushroom soup was sour. I told my girlfriend after trying one spoonful. If anyone else had similar problems around that time, please leave a review. I also saw many passengers sleeping with their legs on tables, something I haven’t noticed in other lounges I’ve visited.

It’s a small lounge, but a nice spot to unwind before a flight. The staff were great and kept walking around to clear the tables. Ms Ivy looked after me well, and showers are available too, which is handy during a layover after a long flight.
