Check-in was easy to do myself, and the location is excellent. The rooms were great, and the staff were very helpful, walking me through the basic questions I had.

The Murphy Room went beyond what we expected, with a microwave, electric hob, washer with a dryer function, a great shower, and plenty more. The Coliwoo Keppel team were so helpful with all our needs and made everything go smoothly, especially the nice woman at reception whose name we didn't get. Thanks again, we'll definitely return. We had a wonderful Singapore trip, and Coliwoo Keppel played a big part in it. It's well connected by public transport and close to places like maxwell food centre, Chinatown, Sentosa, and orchard.

The rooms are clean, and I had a very pleasant stay. The administration staff are generally friendly and warm, although responses can sometimes be a little slow. I'd recommend it to people traveling alone. You can hear some road noise, but closing the doors and windows makes it quieter. There used to be frequent false fire alarms, though that has improved a lot recently. Just be careful not to create too much cooking smoke.

There's some highway noise right outside, but the advantages outweigh it for me. The location is hard to beat if you work in town or want to be close to everything, with eateries and several transport options a short walk away. The management and housekeeping teams were great, prompt, and flexible. I'd recommend it or stay again if I get the chance.
