Fragrance Hotel - Oasis

Mr. Kei and the team quickly contacted me when I accidentally left my phone in the room after checkout, so I could come back from the airport to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. Jessica and Kai also made check-in welcoming and efficient, and checkout was just as smooth. My room was very clean and well kept, with thoughtful decor, plush furnishings, elegant lighting, and a comfortable bed with high-quality linens. The service throughout was outstanding, from housekeeping to the concierge, with everyone friendly, professional, and eager to help. Domino's Pizza next door was handy, especially for its Veg Pizza, and there’s a shopping center within easy walking distance. The hotel is also well placed for attractions, places to eat, and a leisurely stroll. My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was seamless and surpassed my expectations. With the accommodations, service, and amenities, I’ll definitely return on my next visit.

The place was spotless and smelled great as soon as I walked in, and the facilities were well maintained. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The male staff member with glasses who first helped me at check-in was especially informative and patient, and made the process easy and pleasant. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in Singapore.

It was easy to get around from the nearby bus stop, just a short walk away. I also appreciated the free water refill station and the bathroom bidet. The staff were welcoming, especially Ms. Evan at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help during my stay. Thanks so much, it meant a lot. The bus stops right next to the hotel make it easy to get into the city center, though it may be less convenient if you mostly use the MRT. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room wasn’t too small for Singapore, and I could unpack my luggage. It had more than I expected: a TV, hot water, toiletries, a hairdryer, mini-fridge, safe, vanity mirror, and free tea and coffee. Drinking water and daily room make-up are available on request. I felt the stay was worth the money.
