The club lounge team made us feel at home, especially Jenny, Bala, Simon, Alia and Ariana. Afternoon tea and cocktail hours came with an excellent selection of food and drinks, and having club room access was a real plus. We stayed six nights in February 25 in a Cub room, and the hotel was perfectly located and extremely clean. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd come back immediately. I recommend it without reservations.

Ghafar and Prem made the stay especially good. They were warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive or scripted. They anticipated what I needed and handled every interaction with care and pride. The whole team has built a kind of service that feels human, consistent, and purposeful. The hotel itself makes a quiet impression as soon as you enter its soaring atrium. Greenery, natural light, and sustainable design come together in a calm way that feels restorative, without sacrificing comfort or elegance. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore showed me what thoughtful luxury can feel like. It doesn't shout about luxury, it expresses it through the design, sustainability with meaning, and people who understand hospitality. I'd gladly return, and the team deserves celebrating.

We really enjoyed our anniversary stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The hotel feels like an indoor garden, which made it relaxing, and we loved the glass elevator overlooking the lobby, the signature strairs, the garden, and the big nest. The room was clean and modern, and they set up a baby cot for our one-year-old son. They also arranged a simple room decoration and cake as a nice surprise. Parking was easy, and the place works very well for families. Highly recommended.

Khalili D’Ruz welcomed us with real warmth and professionalism, and we felt well looked after during our one-day family staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. Our room faced Marina Bay Sands, which made it feel even more special. We also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out, and the complimentary chocolate with a personalised card addressed to my wife and me was a thoughtful touch. The hotel food was delicious and high quality. A satisfying stay from start to finish, and I'd recommend it to locals and foreigners looking for a comfortable, memorable staycation.

The room was modern and very clean. In Room 828, one light in the closet where the safe was wouldn't turn off because the door wouldn't close fully. I didn't mind, so I didn't report it. Service was great, especially from the bar staff. The two men and three women were all great, particularly the ones working on the evenings of 14th and 15th February. The Concierge staff were great too. I'll consider staying again when I return to singapore. Thanks.
